摘要
研究了双级时效制度对7021铝合金性能的影响,并通过正交试验极差分析了不同的双级时效制度对7021铝合金力学性能及硬度的影响规律。实验结果表明:二级时效温度对7021合金的性能影响最大。获得最佳性能的最佳双级时效工艺为125℃×7h+135℃×9h。此时屈服强度、抗拉强度、伸长率和硬度分别为410.72MPa、441.01MPa、15.33%和132HB。
In order to study the effect of two-stage aging on the microstructure and properties of 7021 aluminum alloy, the influence of different two-stage aging on the mechanical properties and hardness of 7021 aluminum alloy was analyzed by orthogonal testrange analysis. The results show that the two-stage aging temperature has the greatest influence on the mechanical properties of 7021 alloy. The optimum two-stage aging system for obtaining maximum properties is 125℃ 7h+135℃ 9h,and at this time, yield strength is 410.72MPa, tensile strength is 441.01MPa, elongation is 15.33%, hardness is 132HB.
