Reason Analysis and Management Optimization of Foreign Material for Nuclear Power Station Equipment

异物会影响设备质量的可靠性,甚至对机组稳定运行造成威胁。防异物是核电设备质量管理的一个重要环节。论文整理了某核电站建造过程中发现的典型设备制造异物案例,并进行原因分析,提出了防异物的一些优化建议。

Foreign material can affect the reliability of equipment, even threaten the stable operation of units. Preventing foreign matter is an important link in quality management of nuclear power equipment. In this paper, the typical cases of foreign body manufacturing in the construction of a nuclear power plant are summarized, and the reasons are analyzed, and some optimization suggestions for preventing foreign bodies are put forward.
