With the development of market economy, as an important part of construction enterprises, enterprise management innovation has become an inevitable requirement for the development and growth of enterprises. Therefore, construction enterprises should constantly carry out management innovation on the basis of following the development law of market economy. Based on the necessity of construction project innovation, the author discusses the concrete measures.
