从EPC/EPCM/PMC项目管理比较、EPCM项目管理模式的主要内容及其国内外应用现状入手,对EPCM项目管理模式存在的风险以及应对措施进行分析,旨在对我国EPCM项目管理模式的发展起到一定借鉴作用。

Starting from the comparison of EPC/EPCM/PMC project management, the main contents of EPCM project management mode and its application status at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the risks and countermeasures ofEPCM project management mode, aiming at providing some reference for the development ofEPCM proj ect management mode in China.
