摘要
房地产行业的快速发展给不动产的权籍调查工作带来了许多困难。基于此,论文分析了不动产权籍数据调查的基本现状,研究了不动产权籍调查工作的重难点、应对措施以及注意事项。
The rapid development of real estate industry brings many difficulties to the investigation of real estate rights. Based on this, this paper analyzes the basic status of real estate data survey, and studies the important difficulties, countermeasures and matters of attention in real estate data survey.
