核电站循泵电机铁心设计及其通风分布研究

摘要 核电站海水循环水泵电机铁心负责为磁通的建立提供路径,铁心设计需要考虑磁通密度、热负荷、通风等因素,在确保各铁心不发生磁饱和的情况下,铁心设计温升应低于限定值。介绍了铁心磁路计算、通风计算和铁心研制,并对定子铁心开展了铁损试验,为核电站大型循泵电机铁心设计、制造及试验积累了经验。 The core of seawater circulating pump motor in the nuclear power plant is responsible for providing the path for the establishment magnetic flux, core design needs to consider magnetic density, heat load, ventilation and other factors. The core temperature rise is lower than the limit under the condition that the magnetic saturation of each core part does not occur. The magnetic circuit calculation, ventilation calculation and core development are introduced, and the iron loss test of stator core is carried out, It accumulates experience for nuclear power plant large cycle pump motor core design manufacture and test.
