发电机定子线圈介质损耗分段式伪三电极测试方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探索发电机定子线圈介质损耗因数(tanδ)多通道智能测试技术,基于介质损耗因数分析测试线路和相应的电路模型,对定子线圈介质损耗因数测试的影响因素进行了仿真计算,分析了测试电极间距和体积电阻率对介质损耗因数的影响程度,最终提出了定子线圈介质损耗因数分段式伪三电极测试方法。真机线圈测试结果表明:该方法与传统方法测试结果分布基本相同,实测结果稳定且满足国家标准和企业标准的相关技术要求。 To obtain the intellectualized multichannel measuring technology for dielectric loss of stator coil of generator, on basis of the analysis of both measuring circuit diagram and corresponding circuit model, the effective factors of measuring technology for dielectric loss are calculated emulationally, the relationship including the distance between measuring electrodes, the volume resistivity between measuring electrodes and dielectric loss of stator coil are obtained. One measuring method called dielectric loss of stator coil by spurious three-electrode system with subsection type is proposed. The results for real coil show that all test results can meet the requirements of national standard and test results are almost same compared with both two test methods.
