摘要
硅烷交联无卤阻燃聚烯炷电缆料易吸潮预交联,以及氢氧化镁(MH)与氢氧化铝(ATH)阻燃剂添加量大而导致挤出性差,针对此问题,文章将MH/ATH阻燃剂硅烷偶联处理后,然后将其与阻燃协效剂二乙基次瞬酸铝(ADP)以及硅烷交联聚烯怪熔融共混,制备了硅烷交联LLDPE/LDPE/POE无卤阻燃材料,重点研究了阻燃剂硅烷处理以及阻燃协效剂ADP的添加对其加工性能的影响,此外,研究了ADP的添加量对阻燃剂偶联处理后的复合材料氧指数、力学性能、热延伸性能的影响。结果表明:阻燃剂偶联处理以及ADP的添加使挤出的复合材料片材平整光滑,没有预交联;此时,平衡扭矩下降了2.1N·m,熔体流动速率提高了0.12g/10min。随着ADP添加量的增加,氧指数、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率呈先上升后下降趋勞,热延伸率和永久变形率呈先降低后升高的趋势;ADP加入量为3%(质量分数)时,经过8d耐水性实验,复合材料的性能最佳,此时,材料的氧指数为33%,热延伸率为16.8%,永久变形率为6.6%,拉伸强度为14.7MPa和断裂伸长率为364.8%。
Silane cross-linRed halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin cable material was prone to moisture absorption precoupling f magnesium hydroxide ( MH ) and aluminum hydroxide ( ATH ) flame retardants were added in large quantities, resulting in poor extrusion. In order to solve the problem, the MH/ATH flame retardant silane was coupled and then blended with the flame retardant aluminum diethylphosphonate( ADP) and silane crosslinked polyolefins, silane cross-linked LLDPE/ LDPE/POE halogen-free flame retardant material was prepared, the effect of the addition of flame retardant silane and flame retardant coagent ADP on the processing properties was studied. In addition, the effect of the amount of ADP on oxygen index, mechanical properties and thermal extension properties of composite materials after flame retardant coupling was studied. The results showed that the flame retardant coupling treatment and the addition of ADP made the extruded composite sheet smooth and without pre-crosslinking;At this time, the equilibrium torque was reduced by 2. 1 N·m and the melt flow rate was increased by 0. 12 g/10 min. With the increase of ADP addition, the oxygen index, tensile strength and elongation at break increased first and then decreased, and the thermal elongation and permanent deformation rate decreased first and then increased. When ADP was added at 3%, After 8 days of water resistance test, the composite material had the best performance. At this time, the oxygen index of the material reached to 33%, the thermal elongation reached to 16. 8%, the permanent deformation rate reached to 6. 6%, the tensile strength reached to 14. 7 MPa and the elongation at break reached to 364.8%.
