摘要
聚氯乙烯(PVC)在日常生活产品的使用过程中易受到有害病菌的感染,通过共混的方式将复合型抗菌剂AEM-5700与LD-30加入到PVC材料中,制备了1种具有良好抗菌性、透明性以及力学性能的PVC材料,并通过扫描电镜研究了抗菌剂在材料中的分散情况以及粒径。结果表明:添加2种抗菌剂后,材料均表现出良好的抗菌性能,添加了抗菌剂AEM-5700、LD-30的PVC在添加量分别为0.2份、0.6份以上时,材料的抑菌率达到了90%以上。这2种抗菌剂对PVC材料的透明性能影响较小,当2种抗菌剂的添加量从0.2份增加到1.0份时,透光率均约保持在82%;拉伸强度均有上升,当添加量从0.2份增加至1.0份时,拉伸强度从21MPa上升至22.5MPa;并且抗菌剂在材料中的分散性良好。
Polyvinyl chloride( PVC) was susceptible to the infection of harmful bacteria during the use of daily life products. The composite antibacterial agent AEM-5700 and LD-30 were added to the PVC material by blending,and a kind of PVC material with good antibacterial,transparent and mechanical properties was prepared. The dispersion in the material and the size of the particle were studied by scanning electron microscope. The experimental test results,showed that after adding antibacterial agents,the material showed good antibacterial properties. Adding antibacterial agent AEM-5700 with the dosage of 0. 2 phr or more in PVC materials,the inhibition rate reached more than 90%,the same as adding antibacterial agent LD-30 with the dosage of 0. 6 phr or more. Moreover,these two antibacterial agents had little effect on transparent properties of PVC materials,When the dosage of the two antimicrobial agents ranged from 0. 2 phr to 1. 0 phr,the transmittance remained at about 82%,the tensile strength increased,and when the dosage reached from 0. 2 phr to 1. 0 phr,the tensile strength increased from 21 MPa to 22. 5 MPa and were well dispersed in the materials.
