摘要
采用木粉部分取代滑石粉填充聚丙烯材料,通过马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAPP)改性制备出仿植绒效果、高性能和低散发特征的汽车内饰用材料,可替代低压注塑的织物包覆件材料。研究表明,热加工处理后,木粉在材料表面呈现出尺寸不均匀的浅棕色颗粒,结合模具织物的皮纹特征,可获得仿植绒效果;当MAPP含量为3%时,仿植绒材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量和缺口冲击强度分别达到了21. 4、29. 9、2 098 MPa和12. 3 kJ/m^2,其性能与滑石粉填充材料基本一致,还可减重3. 8%;木粉对材料的有机挥发性物质(VOC)不产生明显影响,还能改善气味,气味等级降为3. 5级,气味味型得到明显改善,由焦糊味变成木香味,提升了乘车的舒适感。
Wood powders partially replaced talcum to fill polypropylene resin by using MAH-grafted polypropylene (MAPP) in order to manufacture automobile interior materials with flocking effect, high mechanical properties and low emission characteristics, which could replace low pressure injection molded fabric cladding parts. The results showed that after thermal processing, wood powder became light brown particles with different sizes on the material surface and the flocking effect could be obtained by combining with the die fabric characteristics. When the weight content of MAPP was 3%, the tensile strength, bending strength, bending modulus and notch impact strength of the flocking material respectively reached the value of 21. 4 MPa, 29. 9 , 2 098 and 12. 3 kJ/m^2, which could be comparable with the mechanical properties of talc filled material. And it could also reduce weight by 3. 8%. The addition of wood flour had no effect on material organic volatile substances (VOC). And the odor grade was reduced to 3. 5 and the odor type was changed from burnt paste to wood flavor, which could improve the driving comfort.
