摘要
分析了LCD面壳塑件的工艺特点,介绍了该塑件注射模结构设计和工作过程。针对该塑件外表面不能留有浇口痕迹的问题,通过将潜伏式浇口设置在顶针上并从顶针进料的方式,合理确定了浇口数量和位置;为防止浇注系统凝料在开模时拉伤塑件,创新性地在A板和定模仁之间设置一点浇口,并通过尼龙塞、弹簧、限位拉杆、限位螺钉等零件组成的分型和定距装置,实现了定模侧浇注系统凝料的自动脱模;塑件内部的多个扣位,通过设置8组不同倾斜角度和尺寸的斜顶机构成型;脱模系统采用了斜顶、司筒、扁顶针、圆形顶针联合顶出,并设置了弹簧先行复位机构,保证了斜顶复位时的安全。
The technological characteristic of a LCD shell was analyzed. About at the problem that the surface of the shell part of LCD surface could not be left with gate marks, the number and position of the gate were reasonably determined by placing a submarine gate on the ejector pin and feeding from the ejector pin. In order to prevent the runner system pulling the plastic parts, when the mold was opened, the pin point gate was innovatively designed between the A plate and cavity insert. By the device of mould parting and a certain distance parting which were composed of nylon shutters, spring, stop drag - bars and fixed mould puller pins, it was achieved that the gating system on fixed mould side demoulded automatically. Internal buckles of plastic parts were formed by 8 groups of slanted ejecting mechanis with different inclination angles and sizes. Smooth demolding was realized by the united mold emptier of lifter, ejector sleeve, blade ejector and ejector pin. A spring first reset mechanism was set up to ensure safety when lifters were reset.
