摘要 针对指控装备车载交换机难维修这一实际问题,综合运用计算机技术、网络技术和通信技术,设计了具有整机性能检测和故障诊断功能的检测仪。介绍了检测仪的软硬件组成,并分别以交换机控制口、以太口和模拟用户口为例,给出了交换机整机性能检测原理,以诊断模拟用户通道板为例给出了故障诊断原理。应用结果表明,该检测仪具有连接使用方便、检测速度快、故障诊断效率高等优点,可为其他指控设备的检测与维修提供借鉴和参考。 In order to solve the problem which is difficult to repair of certain vehicular exchanger switch on command and control equipment,detecting instrument with performance test and fault diagnosis functions has been designed by comprehensively using the computer technology,the network technology and the communication technology.The hardware and software components,are introduced and of exchanger the performance test principles of the whole exchanger are given by taking the control-port,the ethernet-port and the analog-user-port as the examples,and the fault diagnosis principle is given by taking the channel circuit board about analog user as the example. The applied results show that the detection instrument has advantages in convenient operation,rapid detection speed and high diagnostic efficiency etc,and it can provide reference for the testing and maintenance of other command and control equipments.
