摘要
比较了暗处理48 h和150 mg·L^-1赤霉素浸泡24 h两种前处理方式对5种绿绒蒿种子萌发的影响以及不同浓度MS培养基为萌发基质对多刺绿绒蒿种子萌发的影响。结果表明:多刺绿绒蒿(Meconopsis horridula)、总状绿绒蒿(M.racemosa)、尼泊尔绿绒蒿(M.napaulensis),草甸绿绒蒿(M.prattii),萌发指标均表现为暗处理比150 mg·L^-1 GA 3处理更有利于种子的萌发。贝利叶绿绒蒿(M.baileyi)经150 mg·L^-1 GA 3处理能达到优于暗处理的萌发情况。1/2 MS培养基对多刺绿绒蒿种子萌发具有明显的促进作用。
The effects of two pretreatment methods of dark pretreatment for 48 h and 150 mg·L^-1 GA 3 immersion for 24 h on the germination of seeds and the effect of different concentrations of MS medium as germination medium on the germination of M.horridula seeds were studied.The results showed that four kinds of Meconopsis(M.horridula,M.racemosa,M.napaulensis and M.prattii)indexes during seed germination showed better results under the dark treatment compared to 150 mg·L^-1 GA 3.Meanwhile,M.baileyi treated by 150 mg·L^-1 GA 3 achieved better results than the dark treatment.Besides,1/2 MS medium had obvious effect on the seed germination of M.horridula.
