为了降低自动络筒机筒纱断头,对筒纱进行了回倒。按照筒纱不同断头情况分析了筒纱断头产生原因,对所存在的问题进行了相应整改,对自动络筒机的工艺、专件和操作提出了具体要求,最终百筒断头根数下降50%,达到使用要求。

In order to reduce the cheese yarn broken ends on automatic winder,the cheese yarn was re-winded.The causes of cheese yarn broken ends were analyzed according to different broken situations of cheese yarns.Corresponding reforms were performed against the existing problems.Specific requirements were put forward on the processing,specific devices and operation of automatic winder.In the end,the broken ends per hundred cheese yarn were reduced by 50%and the operating requirement was met.
