长绒棉精梳给棉罗拉位置对成纱质量的影响

摘要 研究长绒棉精梳落棉隔距及给棉罗拉位置对精梳条及纺纱质量的影响。设计了一种给棉罗拉后移式钳板机构。在其他工艺相同的条件下,利用给棉罗拉后移式钳板机构,在落棉隔距分别为7mm、9mm、11mm时进行了纺纱试验,并与原钳板进行对比分析。结果表明:给棉罗拉后移式钳板机构纺出精梳条总棉结数明显降低,16mm根数短绒率减少,纱线的常发性纱疵IPI值显著降低,成纱条干CV值等其他指标均有改善。认为:与原钳板相比,给棉罗拉后移式钳板机构能够提高精梳机纺长绒棉的纺纱质量。 Effects of long-staple cotton combing noil gauge and feeding roller position on combing sliver and spinning quality were studied.A feeding roller backward nipper mechanism was designed.Under the same conditions of other processes,feeding roller backward nipper mechanism was adoptted,spinning tests were respectively carried out with noil gauge at 7 mm,9 mm and 11 mm,which were compared with the original nipper.The results showed that the total neps of combing sliver spun by feeding roller backward nipper mechanism was reduced,16 mm short fiber content was reduced and frequent yarn defect IPI value was significantly reduced.Other indicators such as CV values were improved.It is considered that compared with the original nipper,spinning quality of comber spinning long-staple cotton can be improved by feeding roller backward nipper mechanism.
