精裱纸盒自动装箱工作站设计与开发 被引量:3

摘要 针对精裱纸盒生产中人工装箱操作所存在的劳动强度大、生产效率低及成本高等问题,设计开发了精裱纸盒自动装箱工作站。在总体结构设计的基础上,重点介绍了盒体翻转、瓶底固定块压入、盒盖装配体放入以及盒体装箱等关键机构的设计。根据设备的控制要求,开发了基于PLC的控制系统,给出了控制流程,开发了控制软件。实际应用表明,所设计开发的自动装箱工作站与其他各个工序的自动工作站形成了一条完整的精裱纸盒自动化生产线,有效提高了装箱质量和效率,降低了劳动强度和生产成本,性能稳定可靠,适合于精裱纸盒大批量生产。 Aiming at the problems of great labor intensity,low production efficiency and high cost in the manual packing operation in the production of fine carton,the fine carton automatic packing workstation was designed and developed.On the basis of the overall structural design,the design of key mechanisms such as the box reversing device,the bottle bottom fixing block loading device,the lid assembly loading device and the packing device were highlighted.According to the control requirements of the equipment,a control system based on PLC was developed,the control flow was given,and the control software was developed.The practical application shows that the automatic packing workstation and the automatic workstations of other processes form a complete automated fine carton production line,which effectively improves the packing quality and efficiency,reduces the labor intensity and production cost,has the stable and reliable performance and is suitable for mass production of fine cartons.
