针刺结合疏肝祛痰散瘀汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征致不孕不育临床观察

目的:观察针刺结合疏肝祛痰散瘀汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)致不孕不育的效果。方法:90例随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组给予针刺及疏肝祛痰散瘀汤治疗,对照组给予枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗。结果:观察组总有效率、排卵率、妊娠率较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后两组LH指标均显著下降,E2、T指标均显著上升,且观察组LH、E2、T指标改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合疏肝祛痰散瘀汤治疗PCOS致不孕不育可提高临床疗效,改善性激素指标,提高排卵率、妊娠率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with Shugan Qutan Sanyu Decoction in treating infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome.Method: Ninety cases were divided into observation group and control group randomly. The observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with Shugan Qutan Sanyu Decoction while the control group were treated with clomiphene citrate capsule. Result:The total effective rate, the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the observation group significantly increased compared with that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the LH levels of the two groups decreased significantly, E2 and T levels increased significantly,and the levels of LH,E2 and T in the observation group improved significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Shugan Qutan Sanyo Decoction could significantly improve clinical efficacy,improve patients’ sex hormone level and improve ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in treatment of PCOS infertility.
