手法复位夹板外固定配合荣筋活络汤治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效观察

目的:观察手法复位夹板外固定配合荣筋活络汤治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法:86例随机分为对照组与研究组各43例,两组均用手法复位夹板外固定治疗,研究组加用荣筋活络汤口服。结果:优良率研究组93.02%,对照组83.72%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组疼痛缓解时间、消肿时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑、叩痛积分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),研究组各项症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组PRWE评分、GW评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),研究组PRWE评分、GW评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手法复位夹板固定配合荣筋活络汤治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the curative effect on the distal radius fracture of the distal radius treated by manual reduction plate external fixation combined with Rongjin Huoluo Decoction. Method: 86 cases were divided into control group and research group evenly in random. Both groups were treated with manual reduction plate external fixation and the research group were treated with Rongjin Huolu Decoction by oral administration. After 3 course of treatment, evaluation of the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients, statistical treatment efficiency indicators: two groups of patients pain relief time, swelling time, fracture healing time, observe the two groups before and after treatment clinical symptom integral and activity changes of the functional score. Result: the clinical excellence rate of the research group was 93.02% while that of the control group was 83.72%. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The pain relief time, swelling time and fracture healing time of the research group were shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the pain, swelling, stasis and pain score of the two groups were all lowe than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the PRWE score an GW score of the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Manual reduction plate external fixation combined with Rongjin Huoluo Decoction has good effect in treating the distal radius.
