新型水性脱模剂FB的研制及脱模机理分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用高分子烷烃材料代替水性混凝土脱模剂常用的矿物油成膜剂,研制了一种新型水性脱模剂FB,该脱模剂克服了普通水性脱模剂易粘模的缺点,不但具有油性脱模剂易脱模的优点,还可克服使用油性脱模剂混凝土表面质量差、气孔多的问题,提高了混凝土的表观质量。已应用于工业化建筑中。同时对影响混凝土表观质量的主要原因及脱模机理进行了分析。 A new type of waterborne release agent FB was developed by using high molecular weight alkane material instead of the mineral oil film former commonly used for waterborne concrete release agent. The release agent overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary waterborne release agent that is easy to stick during demolding. It not only has the advantages of easy release of oily release agent,but also can overcome the problem of poor quality of concrete surface and more pores of oily release agent,and improve the apparent quality of concrete. It has been used in industrial buildings. At the same time,the main reasons affecting the apparent quality of concrete and the demolding mechanism were analyzed.
