摘要 采用高分子质量早强型聚氧乙烯醚为聚合大单体,以双氧水-抗坏血酸为引发剂,并在结构中引入具有早强功能的聚合小单体制备早强型聚羧酸减水剂。研究酸醚比、主链聚合度对合成减水剂分散性的影响,以及不同功能单体和掺量对减水剂分散性和早强性的影响。经管桩混凝土试验表明,该早强型聚羧酸减水剂具有较高的分散性和较好早强效果。 Early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer was prepared by using high molecular weight early-type polyoxyethylene ether as the polymerization macromonomer,hydrogen peroxide-ascorbic acid as the initiator,and the small polymerization monomer with early strength function introduces into the structure. The effects of the ratio of acid to ether and the degree of polymerization of the main chain on the dispersion properties,and of different functional monomers and additives on the dispersion properties and early strength properties were investigated. Pipe pile concrete test results show that the early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthesized by this method makes concrete have high dispersing property and good early strength improvement.
