锂渣掺量对粉煤灰基发泡地质聚合物性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过碱激发的方式,以循环流化床粉煤灰(CFA)为原料,掺入不同比例的锂渣(LS),制备发泡地质聚合物,研究了锂渣掺量对发泡地质聚合物表观密度、强度、物相变化等的影响。结果表明,锂渣掺量对发泡地质聚合物表观密度无显著影响;产品强度随锂渣掺量增加逐渐降低,锂渣掺量为10%时抗压强度最高,达0.48MPa。红外光谱分析结果表明,锂渣掺量增加使得反应程度减缓。热重分析结果表明,养护28d后,地质聚合物的含水量约为12%,从室温升至800℃的过程中,保温材料的质量损失为23%,说明产物中会有一定量的化学结合水。 With different amounts of lithium slag(LS),foam geopolymers were prepared by alkali-excited method using circulating fluidized bed fly ash(CFA) as raw material. The effects of LS content on the apparent density,strength and phase change of the material were investigated. The results show that the amount of LS has no significant effect on the apparent density of the sample. As the lithium slag increases,the strength of the geopolymer decreases. When the amount of LS is 10%,the compressive strength is the highest,reaching 0.48 MPa. The results of FT-IR also indicated that the degree of reaction decreases with the increase in the amount of LS. The results of TG showed that the water content of the geopolymer was about 12% after 28 days of curing,and the weight loss of the thermal insulation material was 23% during the temperature from room temperature to 800 ℃,indicating that the product contained a certain amount of chemically bounding water.
