摘要
以硫氧镁水泥为胶结料,粉煤灰为改性填充材料,小粒径膨胀珍珠岩为轻质骨料,掺入动物蛋白复合发泡剂,采用物理发泡混合法制备镁基泡沫混凝土。研究了泡沫掺量对镁基泡沫混凝土水化热、含水率、吸水率、干密度、抗压强度、导热系数及干燥收缩性能的影响。结果表明:泡沫的掺入降低了镁基泡沫混凝土水化硬化放热峰值温度,延长了放热峰值温度的出现时间;降低了泡沫混凝土的干密度、抗压强度及导热系数,同时增大了泡沫混凝土的含水率、质量吸水率及干燥收缩率。
Magnesium-based foamed concrete was prepared by the physical foaming mixed method. The prepared material included cementing material of magnesium oxysulfate cement,the modified filling material of fly ash,the light aggregate of small-sized expanded perlite,and the adding animal protein compound foaming agent. The effects of the adding amount of foam agent on hydration heat,moisture content,water absorption,dry density,compressive strength,heat conductivity coefficient,drying shrinkage of magnesium-based foamed concrete were studied. The results illustrated that the addition of foam reduced the peak exothermic temperature of hydration hardening,dry density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of foamed concrete, prolonged the time of peak exothermic temperature of the concrete,and increased the moisture content,mass water absorption and drying shrinkage of foamed concrete.
