摘要 采用聚氨酯及SBS作为沥青改性材料,利用高温溶胀、剪切工艺制备了新型聚氨酯/SBS复合改性沥青防水卷材,并通过调整聚氨酯掺量、芳烃油掺量、剪切温度及剪切速率等参数,研究了新型复合改性沥青防水卷材的制备工艺。结果表明,最佳制备工艺参数为:聚氨酯掺量15%,芳烃油掺量12%,剪切温度180℃,剪切速率5000r/min。 Polyurethane and SBS were used as asphalt modified materials,and a new type of polyurethane/SBS composite modified asphalt waterproofing materials was prepared by high temperature swelling and shearing process. The preparation process of the new type composite modified asphalt waterproofing materials was explored by adjusting the parameters of polyurethane content,aromatic oil content,shearing temperature and shearing rate. The results show that the optimum preparation parameters are as follows:the content of polyurethane and aromatic oil is 15% and 12%,the shear temperature and rate are 180 ℃ and 5000 r/min,respectively.
