构建规范化大学生志愿服务工作模式探讨

近年来,随着我国国际事务的增多,各类大型活动都少不了大学生志愿者的身影,如何更好地发挥志愿者的优势,高效服务各项活动,充分展现大学生的魅力,是需要思考的问题。大学生志愿服务工作是一个整合性极强的组织体系和支持系统,需要进行全面探究。文章主要从当前大学生志愿者服务的现状、突出问题以及薄弱点等方面,突出规范大学生志愿服务工作体系的重要性和必要性,进一步结合实践探索出一条标准化、规范化的大学生志愿服务工作体系,最终形成八步全过程志愿者工作模型。

In recent years,with the increase of China’s international affairs,college students volunteers are indispensable in all kinds of large-scale activities,how to make better use of the advantages of volunteers,efficiently serve the activities,fully show the charm of college students,is the problem we have been thinking.College students volunteer service is a highly integrated organizational system and support system,we need to explore it comprehensively.This article starts mainly from the present situation of current college students volunteer service,outstanding problems and weakness,etc.,highlights the importance and necessity to standardize college students volunteer service system,and explore a standardization and normalization of college students volunteer service system with further combination of the practice,put forward the effective suggestions,and finally develop the overall eight-step model of the volunteer work.
