乌兰布和沙漠东北缘白刺群落与油蒿群落土壤养分特征分析 被引量:4

Soil Nutrient Characteristics Analysis of Artemisia ordosica and Nitraria tangutorum Communities in Ulanbuh Desert

摘要 在乌兰布和沙漠采用野外调查和室内分析的方法,研究了白刺群落与油蒿群落土壤养分特征,并对土壤养分进行了综合评价。结果表明:有机质含量、全氮、全钾、全磷、碱解氮、速效钾、有效磷分别为(2.70±0.43)g·kg^-1、(0.30±0.04)g·kg^-1、(20.80±3.38)mg·kg^-1、(19.29±1.23)g·kg^-1、(93.00±3.00)mg·kg^-1、(0.30±0.02)g·kg^-1、(3.74±0.38)mg·kg^-1,pH值为(9.37±0.09),土壤各养分指标均属于弱变异。土壤有机质、全氮、全钾、全磷、碱解氮、速效钾、有效磷表现为白刺群落﹥油蒿群落﹥裸沙地。白刺群落与油蒿群落有机质在20~40cm、40~60cm层差异显著(P﹤0.05),在0~20cm、60~80cm、80~100cm土层差异不显著(P﹥0.05);碱解氮、全钾在20~40cm差异显著(P﹤0.05),0~20cm、40~60cm、60~80cm、80~100cm差异不显著(P﹥0.05);各土层全氮、速效钾、全磷、有效磷差异均不显著(P﹥0.05)。白刺群落与油蒿群落土壤有机质、全氮、全钾、全磷、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾随着土层深度的增加呈下降趋势,呈现表聚性特点。土壤养分综合评价的排序为白刺群落(0.566)﹥油蒿群落(0.423)﹥裸沙地(0.249)。 With the method of representative investigation and laboratory analysis, we study the characteristics of soil nutrient of Artemisia ordosica and Nitraria tangutorum communities in Ulanbuh Desert and evaluate the soil nutrient characteristics.The contents of organic matter, total nitrogen, total potassium, total phosphorus, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, available potassium, available phosphorus in soil samples were (2.70±0.43) g kg-1,(0.30±0.04) g kg-1,(20.80±3.38) mg kg-1,(19.29±1.23) g kg-1,(93.00±3.00) mg kg-1,(0.30±0.02)g kg-1,(3.74±0.38) mg kg-1, respectively, the soil pH value was (9.37±0.09).All soil nutrient indexes are weak variation.Soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total potassium, total phosphorus, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, available potassium, available phosphorus show as N.tangutorum community A.ordosica community bare sandy land.There were significant differences in organic matter of N.tangutorum community and A.ordosica community in 20~40 cm and 40~60 cm layers (P<0.05), no significant difference in 0~20 cm, 60~80 cm, 80~100 cm soil layer (P>0.05).Alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and total potassium were significantly different at 20~40 cm (P< 0.05), but not significant at 0~20 cm, 40~60 cm, 60~80 cm and 80~100 cm (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in total nitrogen, available potassium, total phosphorus and available phosphorus in each soil layer.The soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total potassium, total phosphorus, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium in the N.tangutorum community and A.ordosica community had a downward trend with the increase of soil depth, showing the characteristics of surface aggregation.Soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total potassium, total phosphorus, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in N.tangutorum community and A.ordosica community showed a decreasing trend with the increase of soil depth.The comprehensive evaluation ranking of soil nutrients was N.tangutorum community (0.566) A.ordosica community (0.423) bare sand (0.249).N.tangutorum community (0.566)>A.ordosica community (0.423)>bare sandy land (0.249).
