竹纤维沥青混凝土的力学特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 竹纤维具有可再生、产量大、成本低、环境污染小、力学强度高、高温稳定性好等特点。因此,本文制备了竹纤维沥青混凝土试验样品,确定了竹纤维的最佳使用长度和掺量比例,测试了竹纤维沥青混凝土的高温稳定性和低温抗裂性能。研究结果表明:(1)竹纤维沥青混凝土的马歇尔稳定度整体上随着竹纤维掺量的增大而增大,但1cm和3cm竹纤维掺入后均有个别组样品不满足要求,因此建议选取直径2cm、掺量2%为沥青混凝土中竹纤维的最佳配比;(2)随着竹纤维掺量的增大,不同竹纤维长度下的沥青混凝土的动稳定度均表现出先增大后减小的变化规律,但竹纤维长度越长,竹纤维沥青混凝土出现动稳定度最大的掺量值就越靠前;(3)为提高竹纤维沥青混凝土的低温抗裂性能,建议1cm竹纤维的最佳掺量为2.5%,2cm竹纤维的最佳掺量为2.0%,3cm竹纤维的最佳掺量则为1.5%。 Bamboo fiber has the characteristics of renewable, large output, low cost, low environmental pollution, high mechanical strength and high temperature stability.Based on this, the experimental samples of bamboo fiber asphalt concrete were prepared, and the optimum length and proportion of bamboo fiber were determined.The high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance of bamboo fiber asphalt concrete were tested.The results showed that:(1) The Marshall stability of bamboo fiber asphalt concrete increased with the increase of bamboo fiber content, but the individual group samples after 1cm and 3 cm bamboo fiber did not meet the requirements, so the diameter 2 cm and 2% dosage of bamboo fibers was selected as the optimum proportion in asphalt concrete.(2) With the increase of bamboo fiber content, the dynamic stability of asphalt concrete under different bamboo fiber lengths showed a change law of increasing first and then decreasing.However, the longer the bamboo fiber length, the higher the amount of bamboo fiber asphalt concrete with the highest dynamic stability.(3) In order to improve the low temperature crack resistance of bamboo fiber asphalt concrete, it was recommended that the optimum dosage of 1 cm bamboo fiber was 2.5%, the optimum dosage of 2 cm bamboo fiber was 2.0%, and the optimum dosage of 3 cm bamboo fiber was 1.5%.
