基于劲性柱框撑体系的装配式外挂墙板模拟应用

摘要 以某在建综合楼项目为实例,基于Abaqus软件对比研究外挂墙板在装配式劲性柱框撑体系、装配式框架体系、现浇框架体系三种工况下的破坏形态、滞回曲线、位移延性、耗能能力,提出了基于装配式劲性柱框撑体系的外挂墙板结构及节点设计方案。模拟结果表明:1.装配式劲性柱框撑体系在低周循环荷载作用下未出现破坏现象,最大应力值为6.98Mpa,位于柱底钢板位置处;2.有外挂墙板存在的工况下,结构延性较好;3.部分耗能由外挂墙板负担,并且劲性柱框撑体系具有较高耗能能力。通过三种工况下的模拟研究,基于劲性柱框撑体系的装配式外挂墙板具有较好的受力性能,可以显著提高整体结构的耗能能力,具有较高的工程应用价值。 Taking an integrated building project for an example, based on the Abaqus software, the stress state, hysteretic curve, displacement ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the external wall panels in the three working conditions of the assembled rigid frame supporting system, the assembled frame shear wall system and the cast-in-place frame system are compared.The external wall panel structure and the design scheme of the joint based on the assembled stiffened column frame system are proposed.Simulation results show that: 1.Assembly type steel column bracing system without damage phenomenon under low cycle cyclic loading.The maximum stress value is 6.98 Mpa, which appears at the position of the steel plate at the bottom of the column;2.The structure ductility is better under the condition of the existing wall panel;3.Under the condition of the existence of external wall panels, some of the energy consumption is borne by the external wall panel,and the stiff-columns has high energy dissipation capacity.Based on the simulation study under three working conditions, the fabricated external wall panel based on stiffened column bracing system has better mechanical performance, which can significantly improve the energy dissipation capacity of the overall structure, and has high engineering application value.
