摘要
尼古丁戒断症是导致较高复吸率的重要因素之一,通过运动干预增强个体戒断尼古丁之后的记忆能力,对于戒断症预防较为有效。本文通过跑台实验和水迷宫实验,分析不同强度运动干预对尼古丁戒后大鼠的记忆力影响。研究结果表明:中强度与大强度干预都不同程度地降低了位置偏好值,能有效减弱大鼠的位置感,中强度运动消减大鼠对尼古丁的记忆更好;大强度运动和中强度运动均能明显提升尼古丁戒后大鼠的记忆力,这两种运动干预最为有效。
Nicotine withdrawal is one of the important factors leading to high relapse rate.It is more effective to prevent nicotine withdrawal by improving the memory ability of individuals after nicotine withdrawal through exercise intervention.In this paper, the effects of different intensity exercise intervention on memory of rats after nicotine abstinence were analyzed by treadmill test and water maze test.The results showed that both moderate-intensity and high-intensity interventions could reduce the location preference value in varying degrees, effectively weaken the rat's position sense, and moderate-intensity exercises could reduce the nicotine memory of rats better;both high-intensity exercises and moderate-intensity exercises could significantly improve the memory of rats after nicotine abstinence,and the two exercise interventions were the most effective.
