摘要 在分析了各类发动机转速测量仪的工作原理和测量方法的基础上,提出了校准装置的设计思路和工作原理,并描述了校准装置的组成,其中校准装置的振动发生装置和脉冲信号发生装置模拟了发动机的实际工作状态,可以评价发动机转速测量仪的信号处理能力。此外,文章给出了装置的主要技术指标和实验数据。实验表明,该装置具有操作简单、准确度高等优点,为机动车发动机转速测量仪的溯源提供了技术保障。 In this paper, we propose a design idea and working principle for calibration device for motor vehicle engine speed measuring instrument. For this, firstly, we analyze working principles and measuring methods of various motor vehicle engines speed measuring instrument. Secondly, we give the detail description on the calibration device, and the vibration generator system and the pulse signal generator system in this device simulate the actual working state of motor vehicle engine, so they are utilized to evaluate the signal processing capability of motor vehicle engine speed measuring instrument. Finally, principal technical indicators and experimental data are also provided in this paper. The experiments show that this device has the advantages of simple operation and high accuracy, and it provides technical support for tracing to the motor vehicle engine speed measuring instrument.
