Design of a Multi-channel pressure transmitter testing platform

针对压力变送器校准过程中输出信号不统一导致的接线复杂、成本较高的问题,设计了一种信号转换箱。该信号转换箱通过六角开关的切换可将精密电阻与被检压力变送器串联,进而将压力变送器的输出电流信号转换为精密电阻两端的电压信号,实现压力变送器输出信号的统一。另外,设计一种多通道校准台,可搭配使用实现多台压力变送器的同时校准。

In order to solve the problems of complex wiring and high cost caused by inconsistent output signals in the calibration process of pressure transmitter,a signal conversion box is designed.Through the switch of hexagonal switch, the signal converter can connect the precise resistance in series with the pressure transmitter under test, and then convert the output current signal of the pressure transmitter into the voltage signal of both ends of the precise resistance, so as to realize the unification of the output signal of the pressure transmitter. In addition,a multi-channel calibration platform is designed, which can be used together to achieve simultaneous calibration of multiple pressure transmitters.
