摘要
采用自动钨极氩弧焊对12Cr1MoVG与T91异种钢进行焊接,研究在焊接接头不同热处理状态下,对异种钢焊接接头力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,异种钢焊接接头的一次合格率达到100%。在不同热处理状态条件下,常温拉伸与高温拉伸的断裂位置均在12Cr1MoVG母材一侧,而异种钢接头经过热处理后的高温拉伸强度和常温拉伸强度均要低于未进行热处理试样,其热处理后的异种钢接头的高温拉伸强度和常温拉伸强度分别为519、555MPa,未热处理后的异种钢接头的高温拉伸强度和常温拉伸强度分别为554、653MPa。
The 12Cr1MoVG and T91 dissimilar steel were welded by automatic tungsten argon arc welding. The effect of different heat treatment conditions on the mechanical properties of dissimilar steel welded joints was studied. The results show that the first pass rate of dissimilar steel welded joints reaches 100%. Under different heat treatment conditions, the fracture positions of normal temperature and high temperature tension are on the side of 12Cr1MoVG base metal, while the high temperature tensile strength and normal temperature tensile strength of dissimilar steel joints after heat treatment are lower than those of samples without heat treatment. The high temperature tensile strength and normal temperature tensile strength of dissimilar steel joints after heat treatment are 519 MPa and 555 MPa, respectively, which are different after heat treatment. The tensile strength of seed steel joint at high temperature and at room temperature are 554 MPa and 653 MPa respectively.
