摘要
通过陶瓷衬垫的焊接工艺性试验,并对焊缝进行100%超声波检测与焊缝力学性能试验,试验表明陶瓷衬垫埋弧焊焊缝超声波检测结果与焊缝力学性能符合标准要求。通过在实际产品上试验,实现了陶瓷衬垫在球罐支柱产品上的应用。
Through the welding process test of ceramic liner, 100% ultrasonic testing and mechanical properties test of weld were carried out. The test results show that the ultrasonic testing results of ceramic liner submerged arc welding seam and mechanical properties of weld meet the standard requirements. The application of ceramic liner in spherical tank pillar products has been realized through experiments on actual products.
