摘要
造纸污泥主要特点是燃料有高挥发分、高水分、低热值、黏性大。大量对燃烧无益的水带入锅炉,烟气中水分增大,露点升高造成尾部受热面低温腐蚀;同时,造纸污泥黏性大,在输送时还容易产生搭桥和堵塞等现象。为解决以上问题,采用高低差速循环流化床锅炉和锅炉排烟用于干燥污泥,做到污泥干化提质与锅炉受热面布置相结合,避免尾部受热面低温腐蚀。同时,使污泥的热值得到提高、污泥输送通畅、锅炉燃烧稳定。有利于污泥焚烧处理达到最佳效果,既减轻了造纸污泥对环境产生的不利影响,又为造纸企业节约了大量的能耗。

At the same time, the calorific value of sludge is improved, the sludge transport is unobstructed and the boiler combustion is stable. It is beneficial for sludge incineration to achieve the best effect, which can not only reduce the adverse impact of sludge on the environment, but also save a lot of energy consumption for paper making enterprises.
