脱硫吸收塔设置防火隔离层的方法与作用

摘要 火力发电厂超低排放改造施工中,脱硫吸收塔采取的防火措施一度列为超低排放改造施工的重中之重,防火措施采取不到位,就会对人身及设备安全带来伤害。针对脱硫吸收塔施工时,通过设置防火隔离层采取防火措施,以到达安全防火、提高工作效率、缩短工期的目的。脱硫吸收塔设置防火隔离层后,可完全将吸收塔上部椎体安装区与塔体下部防腐区隔离,使椎体安装作业与筒体防腐作业安全隔离,同时在各自的封闭空间中施工,有效缩短工期,提高工作效率,为电厂提前投产,尽早盈利提供必备条件。 In the reconstruction of ultra-low emission in thermal power plant, the fire prevention measures adopted by desulfurization absorber tower have been listed as the most important in the reconstruction of ultra-low emission. In this paper, fire prevention measures are taken by setting fire isolation layer during the construction of desulfurization absorption tower, so as to achieve the purpose of fire safety, improve work efficiency and shorten construction period. Desulfurization absorption tower after setting fire insulation, can be completely absorption tower top vertebral body installation area and the lower part of the tower body corrosion area isolation, the vertebral body anti-corrosion operation security isolation, shell and installation work in their respective construction in a closed space at the same time, effectively shorten the construction period, improve the work efficiency, for the power plant put into production in advance, profit as soon as possible to provide necessary conditions.
