摘要 FY电厂330MW循环流化床锅炉省煤器运行10年来,多次发生爆管、吹损停炉事件,中高温段磨损尤为严重,同时由于爆管问题,现已有25排管子实行了堵管措施,造成现行锅炉排烟温度偏高,已经严重影响到锅炉的安全性和经济性。为解决磨损严重造成的排烟温度偏高问题,技术人员经过调研分析,提出更换中高温段,保留低温段的改造方案,在实施中得到了很好的效果,不但设备运行良好还带来了不菲的经济效益。 In the past 10 years, the economizer of 330 MW CFB boiler in FY power plant has been running for many times, such as tube burst, blown-out and stoppage. The abrasion of medium and high temperature section is particularly serious. At the same time, due to tube burst, 25 tubes have been blocked up, resulting in high exhaust gas temperature of the current boiler, which has seriously affected the safety and economy of the boiler. In order to solve the problem of high exhaust gas temperature caused by severe wear and tear, technicians, through investigation and analysis, put forward the transformation scheme of replacing middle and high temperature section and retaining low temperature section, which has achieved good results in implementation, not only good operation of the equipment, but also brought considerable economic benefits.
