金堂县“7·11”特大洪水灾后卫生防病工作模式探讨

Discussion on the Working Mode of Health and Disease Prevention After “7·11” Catastrophic Flood in Jintang County

2019-07-11金堂县发生特大洪灾。洪灾后,卫生防病工作人员坚持预防为主、积极准备,统一领导、分级负责,快速反应、协同应对,依靠科学、依法依规的原则,采取洪灾前积极准备、洪灾后快速应对、重建时持续监测的工作模式,确保实现了"大灾之后无大疫"的工作目标。

On July 11,2019,a severe flood occurred in Jintang county. After the floods,the health and disease prevention staffs insisted on the principles of that focus on prevention, prepare properly, unified direction, responsible by level, rapid reaction and cooperative response, by relying on the principles of science and law,the working mode of active preparation before floods,rapid reaction after floods and continuous monitoring during reconstruction was adopted, so as to ensure that"no major epidemic occurs after catastrophes".
