基于天气雷达产品的融媒体公众气象服务策略研究

摘要 随着时代由互联网向无线互联网迈进,气象服务内容不再局限于天气状况的信息单向获取,而应结合公众和各行业用户的实际需要,提供定制的个性化气象服务内容,使公众可以高效地接收气象信息、使用气象服务。湖南省气象局基于天气雷达产品的应用和新媒体前沿技术,构建融媒体发布策略,提供基于位置的精细化气象服务产品,提升公众气象服务的用户体验感,从而更有效的防御和减轻气象灾害、保障社会公众的生命财产安全。 With the development of the era from Internet to wireless Internet,meteorological service content is no longer limited to one-way access to weather information,but should provide customized personalized meteorological service content in accordance with the actual needs of the public and users of various industries,so that the public can receive meteorological information and use meteorological services efficiently.Based on the application of weather radar products and the frontier technology of new media,Hunan Meteorological Bureau constructs a melting media release strategy,provides location-based fine meteorological service products,and improves the user experience of public meteorological service,so as to more effectively prevent and mitigate meteorological disasters and ensure the safety of life and property of the public.
