摘要
一带一路背景下,旅游业作为文化传播的重要途径之一,对具备跨文化交际能力的人才的需求与日俱增。在旅游管理专业培养中,尚存在课程设置与人才培养目标不相符、课程教学因循守旧、缺乏创新等问题,进而影响学生跨文化交际能力的养成。应从培养方案的优化、文化导入意识的培养、真实交流语境的创设和文化素养的提升等方面着手,通过专业课程的外语教学,培养具有国际化视野和较强跨文化沟通能力的高素质人才。
Under the background of Belt and Road,tourism is one of the important ways of cultural dissemination,and the demand for talents with intercultural communication ability is increasing day by day.In the teaching of tourism management,there are still some problems.For example,the curriculum does not conform to the goal of talent training,the teaching of courses is conservative,which is lack of innovation and so on.Those problems affect the cultivation of students’intercultural communication ability.We should start with the optimization of training program,the cultivation of cultural awareness,the creation of real communication context and the promotion of cultural literacy,and cultivate high-quality talents with international vision and strong cross-cultural communication competence through all-English teaching of professional courses.
