高校的教学目的在于为国家培养栋梁之才,为了能够提高高校教育的教学效率,更加全面的培养高质量人才,需要高校全面提高教学质量,从各个方面实现教书育人的最终目标。对于高校来说育人是其发展的根本任务,而高校图书馆为了充分体现自身的价值所在要注重服务育人职能的展现。只有不断创新提高高校图书馆的服务育人效果,才能够有效实现高校人才培养的目标。本文主要针对新形势下高校图书馆服务育人创新进行了研究,希望能够为广大高校图书馆服务育人工作的开展提供意见和建议。

In order to improve the teaching efficiency of higher education and cultivate high-quality talents more comprehensively,universities need to improve the teaching quality in an all-round way and achieve the ultimate goal of teaching and educating people from all aspects.For colleges and universities,educating people is the fundamental task of their development,and in order to fully reflect their own value,university libraries should pay attention to the display of service and educating functions.Only by constantly innovating and improving the service and education effect of University libraries,can we effectively achieve the goal of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities.This paper mainly studies the innovation of service education in University Libraries under the new situation,hoping to provide opinions and suggestions for the development of service education in University libraries.
