无风管自净型储药柜气流组织模拟及优化

摘要 通过数值模拟法,研究了传统无风管自净型储药柜的柜内气流组织对柜内体积平均浓度、通风效率、截面平均浓度的影响,进而提出一种优化气流组织形式,运用正交实验设计,研究了该新型气流组织在不同通风量、风道宽度、送风口形式下对柜内污染物的控制效果。优化后的气流组织形式比原气流组织有更好的控污能力。 The influence of the air distribution in the traditional ductless self-filtration storage cabinet on the volume average concentration, ventilation efficiency and average section concentration of the cabinet was studied by the numerical simulation method. And an optimized air distribution was proposed. The orthogonal experimental design was used to study the control effect of the new air distribution on the pollutants in the cabinet under different ventilation volume, air duct width and air outlet form. The optimized air distribution has better pollution control ability than the original air distribution.
