摘要 为了研究温湿度,换气次数等环境参数与设备节能及动物福利之间的关系,在大量查阅文献的基础上,比较了国内外实验动物环境标准以及实验动物环境设施的研究情况。调查结果发现低风速、低温度梯度、低能耗的"三低"绿色环境有利于实验动物的饲养与繁育,可减小环境因素对实验结果的影响,符合节能需求,并且已成为国际重点研究方向。在此基础上,提出了实验生物设施及实验生物环境敏感性的概念。同时指出生物的环境敏感性与其福利相互关联,在包括动物、植物、微生物在内的实验生物与环境的研究中会起到重要作用,并共同影响绿色实验生物设施的节能研究。 In order to study the relationship among energy conservation,animal welfare and environmental factors,such as temperature,humidity and air change rate,a large number of references are reviewed in order to compare the domestic and foreign standards and research progress of laboratory animal facilities.It is found that an environment with low wind speed,low temperature gradient,and low energy consumption,which is concluded as a"three-low"green environment,is benefit for the breeding of laboratory animals.It can reduce the impact of environmental factors on experimental results,meet energy conservation needs,and have become an international focus.On this basis,the concept of laboratory living matters facilities and environmental sensitivity of laboratory living matters are put forward.At the same time,it is pointed out that the environmental sensitivity of laboratory living matters is related to their welfare,and plays an important role in the research of the environments and laboratory living matters,including animals,plants,and microorganisms,and jointly affect the research of energy conservation of green laboratory living matters facilities.
