摘要
本文对脉冲电镀电源和脉冲电镀装置的组成和工作原理进行了简单介绍,并对其脉冲电流校准的难点进行了分析。根据脉冲电流测试的工作原理,用8861型波形记录仪和9230A系列精密电流分流器组建了校准装置。由电流分流器将脉冲电流转化为脉冲电压,用波形记录仪的8957型高分辨率电压测量单元进行精确测量。用波形记录仪的平均值计算功能计算出脉冲电压的平均值,尽而计算出脉冲电流的平均值,解决了脉冲电镀电源脉冲电流校准的难题。研究和实践表明,本校准装置简单可靠、方便实用、满足量值传递要求。
This article introduces simply the composition and the operational principle for the pulse electroplate source and the pulse electroplate device,and analyses the difficulty of the calibration of the pulse current.a calibration device is established by Model 8861 Wave Form Recorder and Model 9230A Series Precise Current Diverter on the basis of the operational principle of the pulse current test.a accurate measurement of the pulse voltage which a pulse current is transformed into by current diverter is realized by way of 8957 High Resolution Unit of Wave Form Recorder.by calculation function of Wave Form Recorder,a pulse voltage mean is calculated and thus a pulse current mean is also calculated.a difficult problem of the pulse current calibration of the pulse electroplate source is solved.by research and practice,It shows that this calibration device is simple、reliable、convenientand and practical, and the requirement of dissemination of quantity is fulfilled with it.
