摘要
本文介绍了角度块的测量原理,针对精密测角仪测量装置校准1级角度块和2级角度块的时候,工作角角值偏差测得值的不确定度分析,验证了校准测量能力,旨在为从事相关工作的技术人员提供参考依据。
The measuring principle of angle block is introduced in this paper,calibration of Grade 1 and Grade 2 angle blocks for precision angle measuring device,uncertainty analysis of measurement results of work angle deviation, the calibration measurement ability is verified,the purpose is to provide reference for technical personnel engaged in related work.
