摘要 随着用电信息采集系统建设进入深化应用阶段,低压配电网全景感知的精细化管理要求已大势所趋,低压配电网动态供电网络拓扑结构是智能台区深化应用的基础,而网络拓扑结构的动态在线识别一直是各供电企业的一大难题。为此提出了一种基于小波变换的特征提取的低压智能台区识别方法并研制了该系统。系统由智能感知终端、分支箱监测单元、表箱监测单元三部分组成,设备之间信息交互采用高速电力线载波通信方式,智能感知终端采用集中调度方式依次通知所辖设备发送脉冲电流特征信号,智能感知终端及分支箱监测单元的识别模块采用基于小波变换的特征提取技术自动识别脉冲电流特征信号,实现了低压智能台区隶属关系的自动识别。MATLAB仿真和现场试点结果表明:该方法能准确识别特征信号,可建立完整准确的动态供电网络拓扑结构,有效解决了载波识别技术跨台区通信串扰难题,为实现低压智能台区精细化管理提供基础数据支撑,对配电网的支撑应用达到了一个新的高度。 With the construction of power information acquisition system entering the stage of deepening application,the requirement of fine management of panoramic perception of low-voltage distribution network has become a general trend. Dynamic power supply network topology of low-voltage distribution network is the basis of Deepening Application of intelligent stations,and dynamic online identification of network topology has been a major problem for power supply enterprises. We put forward a kind of recognition method of the intelligent transformer area based on wavelet transform and feature extraction and developed the system. This system consists of three parts: intelligent sensing terminal,branch box monitoring unit and meter box monitoring unit,the communication adopted high power line carrier. The intelligent sensing terminal notifies its equipment to send pulse current characteristic signal by centralized dispatch. The recognition module of intelligent perception terminal and branch box monitoring unit automatically identifies pulse current characteristic signal by feature extraction technology based on wavelet transform,and realizes automatic identification of membership relationship of low voltage intelligent station area. The MATLAB simulation and field test results show that this method can accurately identify characteristic signals,establish a complete and accurate topology of dynamic power supply network,effectively solve the problem of cross-station communication crosstalk in carrier identification technology,provide basic data support for the fine management of low-voltage intelligent transformer area,and support the application of distribution network. Reaching a new height.
