国家和各省、市、自治区“双一流”政策文本都对高校人才培养进行了规划部署,从一定程度上反映了政府、社会以及高校对人才培养的重视,为贯彻落实立德树人的根本任务、提升人才培养质量指明了方向。各地区①“双一流”政策文本中关于人才培养的具体内容既有共性也有差异。人才培养是高等教育的核心任务,“双一流”建设离不开一流的人才培养。在“双一流”建设中,各地区一是要坚持“走出去”“引进来”,两条腿要同向同行,开辟新时代高校引才聚才的有效通道;二是要增强国内高校人才培育能力,搭建梯形师资队伍结构;三是要坚持立德树人的根本任务,注重学生培养是高校立身之本。
