新时期高校师德师风评价体系指标设计探析

An Analysis of the Index Design of the Evaluation System of Teachers’ Ethics in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

教育的根本任务是立德树人,培养全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。落实立德树人的根本任务,教师是关键。而师德师风是评价教师队伍素质的第一标准,所以师德师风评价指标体系就非常关键。本文通过分析新时期高校师德师风评价体系优化的必要性,结合新时期高校教师师德师风建设工作中所发现的一些问题,提出了新时期高校师德师风评价体系的指标设计原则。

The fundamental task of education is to foster character and civic virtue, which aims to cultivate the constructers and successors with all-rounded development of the socialism. The teachers are the key to implement the task. While the teacher's ethics are the most important standard of the evaluation of the teachers, so the evaluation index system plays an important role. This paper analyzes necessities of the improvement of the evaluation system of teachers' ethics and some problems discovered in the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges. Finally, some principles of the index design of the evaluation system of teachers' ethics are raised.
