大学生志愿服务联动社会工作对促进残疾人社会融合研究

Research on Promoting the Social Integration of Disabled People Based on the Collaboration between College Students’ Volunteer Service and Social Work

残疾人是社会大家庭的平等成员,是人类文明发展的一支重要力量,是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的一支重要力量。我国8500 万残疾人正以主人翁的姿态积极投身社会经济发展,创造了许多令人敬佩的事迹。此外,在社会层面探索残疾人事业发展道路、提升残疾人社会融合程度、鼓励残疾人实现人生价值是建设包容性社会的内在要求。本文对志愿服务、社会工作及社会融合概念进行了界定,列出了当前我国现有的三种社会工作与大学学生志愿服务联动模式,就“社志联动”模式对促进残疾人社会融合的效果进行了分析,并从多方面提出了促进残疾人社会融合的建议。

Persons with disabilities are equal members of the social family, an important force in the development of human civilization, and an important force for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. China's 85 million disabled people are actively engaged in social and economic development with the attitude of the master, creating many admirable stories. In addition, exploring the development path of the disabled in the social level, improving the social integration of the disabled, and encouraging the disabled to realize the value of life are the inherent requirements for building an inclusive society. This paper defines the concept of volunteer service, social work and social integration, lists the current three models for the collaboration between social work and college students' volunteer service in China, analyzes the effect of the models on the social integration of disabled people, and proposes suggestions for promoting the social integration of disabled people.
