摘要
建立科学的学生综合素质评价体系,有利于引导大学生的全面发展,有利于高校教育管理服务更好地培养人才。灰色关联分析是灰色系统理论的分支,特别适合大规模、多因素、多指标的系统评价。本文试图通过分析灰色关联分析法的主要因素和步骤,对学生的综合测评各部分构成进行可行性分析,以期为新时代科学综合素质评价体系的建立提供决策意见,进一步推进大学生素质教育,使高校的素质教育工作更具有针对性、客观性和实效性。
Establishing a scientific comprehensive quality evaluation system for students is conducive to guiding the overall development of college students, and is conducive to better training of talents in college education management. Grey relational analysis is a branch of grey system theory, especially suitable for large-scale, multi-factor, and multi-index system evaluation. This paper attempts to analyze the feasibility of each part of the comprehensive evaluation of students by analyzing the main factors and steps of the grey correlation analysis method, and provide decision-making opinions for the establishment of a scientific system of comprehensive quality evaluation in the new era, in order to further promote the quality education of college students, and make the quality education work of colleges and universities more targeted, objective and effective.
