护理专业实习生从事临终关怀意愿及影响因素研究

Analysis of Willingness and Influencing Factors of Engaging in Hospice Care among Nursing Interns

目的:调查护理专业实习生从事临终关怀意愿及影响因素。方法:采用人口学资料问卷和职业性临终关怀态度量表,对郑州西亚斯学院护理学院的272 名实习生进行调查。结果:学生从事临终关怀意愿得分为(68.41±14.01)分,接受过临终关怀课程、临终关怀经历、亲友死亡经历为影响临终关怀意愿的相关因素。结论:护理专业实习生从事临终关怀的意愿较低,建议各高校进一步完善临终关怀教育体系。

Objective: To investigate the willingness influencing factors of hospice care among nursing interns. Methods: Totally 272 nursing interns from nursing school of Sias University were investigated by demographic questionnaire and Physicians' End-of-Life Care Attitude Scale. Results: The mean score of willingness of hospice care among nursing interns was (68.41± 14.01). The influencing factors were whether taking the course of hospice care, the experience of hospice care, the experience of the death of relatives. Conclusion: The willingness of engaging in hospice care among nursing interns is at a low level. It is suggested that the universities should perfect the education system of hospice care.
