新时代对少先队工作提出了新使命、新任务和新要求。要提高少先队教育功能的有效性,需要对少先队活动的核心内容进行深入探究。根据少先队活动特点,结合教学实践提出,新时代的少先队工作要突出政治引领,重视思想政治的启蒙教育作用,培育少年儿童树立社会主义核心价值观;注重少先队员创新能力的培养,开展形式多样的“红领巾小创客”活动;组织开展丰富多彩的活动,让少先队活动回归自然、回归生活、回归儿童天性。

The work of Young Pioneers put forward new mission, new demands and new challenges in the new era. In order to improve the effective education, the main content of Young Pioneers' activities was explored. According to the characteristics of Young Pioneers' activities and teaching practices, it is proposed that the work of Young Pioneers should highlight political leadership, attach importance to the role of ideological and political enlightenment education, cultivate young children to establish socialist core values, pay attention to the cultivation of Young Pioneers' innovative ability, carry out various activities of "small pioneers with red scarves", organize and carry out colorful activities, so as to let Young Pioneers' activities return to nature, return to life, and return to children's nature.
